How do I get signed up?

There is currently only one way to sign up as a vendor and that is online. On the Portland Half & HealthFest Webpage, click the blue "Vendors" or "Vendor Registration" button to be re-directed to the online registration page. You can then complete the registration. You'll receive a confirmation email with your vendor information for the event.

When can I set up?

Saturday, January 27, 2024: 7:00am - 8:30am. All vendor set-up must be complete by 9:00am on Saturday.

When and where is the weigh-in for the Weightloss Challenge?

Weigh-in for the challenge begins at HealthFest on Jan. 27th from 9am-2pm at the TOA Portland booth. If you aren't able to make the initial weigh-in, you may do weigh-ins at the following:

Dates: Monday, Jan. 29th - Tuesday, Jan. 30th

Location: TOA Portland, 1535 Wildcat Dr. Unit C, Portland, TX.

Time: 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm and 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

When is the deadline to register as a vendor?

January 15 , 2024 - Early Registration Deadline - After this date, discounts for door prizes will no longer be accepted, and a door prize will be mandatory with registration.

January 22, 2024 - Registration Deadline (Payment Due with Reservation - online only).

When is the deadline to register for races?

January 12 , 2024 - Early Registration Deadline - After this date, there is no guarantee on receiving a t-shirt, race bib, finisher medal, or racer swag bag.

January 25, 2024 - Registration Deadline (Payment Due with Reservation - online only).

January 27, 2024 - Late Registration. Fees are increased. Must register on site by 7:30am at event.

What advertising opportunities are available?

You can place an ad in our Event Program which will be seen by the attendees and runners. Programs are available to all the attendees during the event, but many will keep it for health tips and recipes all year long! Your advertisement in the event program will be seen by over 300 readers. Program size: 8"x5" Full Page Ad: $25. Half Page Ad: $15. Business Card Ad: $10. Select "Upgrade Ad" when registering.

Where do I pick up my race packet?

Packet pickup will be at:

Date: Friday, Jan. 26th

Time: 5:00pm - 7:00 pm

Late Registration or Late Packet Pickup will be:

Date: Saturday, Jan. 27th

Time: 6:30am - 7:30 am

 

Are there discounts for Chamber Members?

Yes. Chamber Members will get a $50 discount for registering as a vendor. Contact the Chamber Office at 361-777-4650 for the coupon code. Members and non-members will also receive a $20 discount if you opt to provide a door prize.

How do I register as a team?

Team Registrations must be confirmed by Thursday, Jan. 25th. Late team registrations will not be accepted. There must be 4 runners to a team of any age group. You must run the same race. Each racer must register individually. Place your team captain or team name on the registration submission. If you have any issues or need to add yourself to a team after you've registered, call us at 361-777-4650.

How are teams scored?

Your team of 4 will be scored by the average of your individual race times. There will be one overall team winner that proves to have the shortest team race time average. There won't be winners by age division, male or female; it is an average of the entire team of the same run.
